My grandmother was a expert at entertaining guests whether they were planned for or not! At our house for the most part our guests were NOT planned for, BUT we would have it no other way. The standard greeting would be “Oh Hi! How are you?! , Come Sit. Can I get you a beverage?”  If this sounds familiar to you this recipe will be a must for your guest food prep. Frozen or fresh this bundles of goodness always hit the spot! My suggestion is to eat them when they are still warm. Break them open. spread some butter on the middle and enjoy the warm buttery and blueberry goodness!!

Blueberry Muffins

These freeze well and should be made while berries are in season. Do not use frozen or canned berries - too liquid.
